Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- This leadership position is responsible for managing resources across three domestic and two primary OCONUS sites and innumerable remote locations around the world in support of processes and systems within a portfolio of current and next generation products maintained by the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Package Support Facility (MPSF).
- Strong leadership characteristics and personnel engagement is of the utmost importance, embodying professionalism and fostering a team working and learning environment.
- Position requires outstanding written and oral communication skills and an ability to clearly define expectations and work through complex interpersonal interactions across functions and levels with a high level of internal and external engagement including direct reports, peers, and leadership.
- Willingness to step-up and assume accountability when the perception of need exists, and an ability to accomplish tasks in a positive manner while managing multiple projects at the same time with varying levels of maturity.
- This position has approximately five direct reporting Engineers, Project Managers and Analysts.
- Process improvement and the development of future emerging leaders within the organization will be required as part of this role. Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with company and government regulations.
- Advisor to and deputy for the Integrated Product Team Lead acting as DOA when required. Also responsible for collaborating with and advising other managers and site leads as necessary in the execution of global operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Leadership role or a Master's Degree and 6 years of experience may be considered. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a government maintenance or operations environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of Manufacturing, Program Management, Engineering, Functional Support Management, and all other business personnel.
- Must have a current active Interim Secret Clearance. A DoD Secret Security Clearance will be required for continued employment.
- Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Travel 10 - 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience managing suppliers
- Expert level knowledge of standard MS Office and Adobe products
- Experience with Financial Analysis, Contract Language and Program Management reviews.
- Current LCS Program Access
- Demonstrated history leading and managing multi-functional teams
