As Brand and Content Manager, you will be the steward of the Porex brand and own the development of compelling content across global channels. You'll create storytelling that connects our complex, highly customizable solutions with real-world customer benefits-driving awareness, engagement, and preference in our target markets.

Responsibilities

Brand Management
  • Own and evolve the Porex brand strategy-ensuring visual and verbal identity is consistently applied across all platforms, regions, and touchpoints.
  • Partner with internal teams to embed the brand into product launches, campaigns, and customer communications.
  • Strengthen Porex's reputation as a trusted innovation partner through brand storytelling.

Content Strategy & Development
  • Develop and execute an integrated global content strategy that maps to key personas, industries, and stages of the buying journey.
  • Translate complex technical solutions (e.g., venting, filtration, wicking, diffusing, etc.) into clear, compelling messaging and content formats including:
    • Thought leadership pieces
    • Technical application stories
    • Case studies
    • Product videos
    • Infographics
    • Sales Enablement Tools
  • Manage development of content and messaging for virtual and live events including webinars and trade shows.

Digital Optimization
  • Oversee content performance and optimize for SEO, UX, and digital engagement across web, email, and social platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Strategic Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to surface customer insights and bring differentiated functionality to life through content.
  • Support internal communications and employer branding to reinforce culture and purpose.

Vendor & Partner Oversight
  • Manage external agencies and creative partners (writers, designers, translators, etc.) to deliver quality and brand-aligned content on time and within budget.

Metrics and Tracking

Establish and track KPIs to evaluate content performance and use insights to optimize strategy across all channels.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; MBA or technical background (materials science, engineering) is a plus.

Experience: 8+ years experiences in B2B content or brand marketing, ideally in manufacturing, materials science, life sciences, or healthcare.

Skills and abilities include:
  • Proven experience owning and evolving a corporate brand, including development of brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity systems across global markets and customer segments.
  • Strong portfolio of content that communicates technical innovation in an accessible, benefit-driven way.
  • Experience developing global content strategies, managing content calendars, and using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills-with the ability to shift between technical content and creative narrative.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional projects and external vendors.
  • Experience working in WordPress or other content management system
  • Experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation system
  • Highly organized and process-driven individual able to multitask and coordinate simultaneous projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.
  • Curious, collaborative, and agile-with a passion for science, innovation, and solving customer challenges.
