We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of People Operations & IT to provide strategic leadership for our People Ops and IT teams. This pivotal role will be responsible for elevating the employee experience through innovative programming and initiatives, implementing comprehensive leadership development programs, and establishing a robust, secure, and highly scalable technological infrastructure to support our continued growth phase. The ideal candidate will serve as a key driver of organizational excellence, bringing extensive expertise in both human resources and information technology domains. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated success in developing and executing business-aligned strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and managing cross-functional teams. This leader will play an instrumental role in shaping our organization's future by overseeing the IT & Information Security, Early Employee Lifecycle, and Employee Experience teams while balancing people-centric initiatives with technological advancement.

Job Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a data-driven People Operations and IT strategy that aligns with overall business goals for RCX Sports and the RCX Sports Foundation
- Budget Management: Manage the People Operations and IT budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, which includes recruiting, onboarding, engagement, retention, performance management, and offboarding.
- Leadership Development: Lead initiatives aimed at upskilling managers and enhancing leadership capabilities within the organization.
- Employer Branding: Own and enhance the employer branding strategy, including the development and execution of the employer branding roadmap to attract top talent and improve the organization's reputation as an employer of choice in collaboration with the Executive team
- Workplace Development: Foster a productive and inclusive workplace environment for both remote and in-office employees, implementing initiatives that promote collaboration, well-being, and a strong company culture across all work settings.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all employment laws, including international regulations.
- Data Utilization: Utilize data insights to drive improvements in culture, performance, and retention.
- IT Operations Management: Oversee IT operations and evolving roadmap, including management of vendors and or contractors, ensuring that systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the strategic needs of the business.
- IT Security Enhancements: Strengthen IT security protocols to safeguard company assets and data.
- People Operations Technology Modernization: Lead the modernization, optimization, and adoption of the People Operations tech stack.
- Collaboration and Workflow Optimization: Foster collaboration between People Ops and IT while optimizing workflows for a largely hybrid and seasonal workforce
- Senior Management Representation: Represent People Operations and IT in Senior Management meetings.. Partner with other departments to ensure alignment and advocate priorities and updates to the senior leadership team.
- Team Development: Motivate, develop, and manage the People Ops and IT teams to enhance their skills and overall impact
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in People Operations management
- 3 or more years of experience overseeing IT or security functions.
- Proven experience managing HR technology implementations and process automation.
- Strong background in employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic planning skills.
Additional Position Details:
- Travel: Less than 10% of the time
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday(Occasional nights or weekends)
- Work Location: Remote or Hybrid
- Compensation Structure: We offer competitive compensation. Our pay grades are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus & benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, 401(k), Paid Parental Leave, Unlimited PTO, Monthly Wellness expense Reimbursment and additional voluntary benefits.

- Supervisory Responsibilities: This role will oversee full-time direct reports
