This role works closely with our Finance and cross-functional teams, supporting the full accounting cycle, budget processes, and financial analysis. Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus

What You'll Do:
- Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations for key accounts like cash, leases, goodwill, and operating expenses.
- Own month-end and year-end close documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Help interpret new accounting guidance and recommend how we adapt.
- Support financial reporting and channel-specific analysis for retail, e-comm, and wholesale.
- Partner with business teams to break down financial performance, track budgets, and highlight opportunities or risks.
- Investigate variances and discrepancies in financial results and flag key findings to Finance.
- Assist with annual budget planning and expense tracking.
- Review AP coding and support variance analysis to keep us on track.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Stay flexible - jumping in where needed to help the team meet deadlines.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting - industry or public accounting welcome.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills - modeling, data analysis, and reporting are second nature to you.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator - able to break down numbers for non-finance partners.
