SUMMARY
The LTSA Program Manager plays a key role in managing and executing Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) across customer sites. This position requires strong power plant experience and a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and project leadership. Working with internal teams and customers, the LTSA Program Manager leads outage planning and implementation, tracks contract financials, resolves technical issues, and ensures timely execution of deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and apply contractual requirements and terms.
- Lead cross-functional planning for outage events and logistics.
- Manage Open, Inspect, Repair, and Close (OIRC) activities across LTSA projects.
- Track and report on project financials, including variance analysis and invoice approval.
- Travel to customer plant sites to coordinate planning and interface with clients.
- Resolve technical issues with internal engineering support.
- Identify opportunities for additional customer value and sales.
- Maintain accurate records across outage planning systems.
- Monitor warranty issues, operating hours, and component lifecycles.
- Oversee parts ordering, repairs, and logistics to support plant outages.
- Support process improvements and contribute to team and company goals.
- Communicate clearly and timely with management and team members.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all business dealings.

Technical & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong understanding of combustion turbine operations and project engineering.
- Effective communicator with strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical procedures, reports, and regulations.
- Strong writing skills for reports and customer correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must comply with Mitsubishi Power and customer safety protocols, including PPE usage.
- Valid driver's license and passport required.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, talk, and hear.
- Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional exposure to chemicals and loud environments.
