Field Support Supervisor - Madison NJ

The TekConnect Field Services Team provides technology support and services to Anywhere Corporate, Anywhere Brands, Anywhere Advisors, and Anywhere Integrated Services.

Position Summary:

At the Anywhere Real Estate Headquarters in Madison, NJ, the IT Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all IT and AV services and support. This full-time onsite role involves managing field technicians and vendors, and ensuring technology support for conference rooms, networking, AV, printers, and general IT support for a hybrid workforce, including both business-as-usual and project-based work. The IT Site Supervisor collaborates with executive staff, the facilities team, internal IT teams, and customers to address and resolve technological needs and challenges.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary contact for all IT services at the Madison Headquarters, including general IT support, AV support, telecom support, connectivity, and security systems.
• Oversee the TekConnect Service Desk at the Madison Hub.
• Ensure resources are available to support customers and exceed established KPIs (CSAT, MTTR, FCR, OLAs).
• Manage IT personnel to ensure compliance with standards.
• Use ServiceNow to monitor support queues and performance.
• Manage AV vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with facilities and administrators for onsite meetings and events.
• Ensure IT/AV technology and support for all onsite meetings and events.
• Understand business challenges related to technology support and work with IT leadership to implement solutions.
• Monitor IT support demands and recommend necessary resources.
• Plan, manage, and execute local projects to meet expectations.
• Collaborate on or lead national IT initiatives as directed by IT leadership.
• Enforce security standards for data and network protection.
• Maintain and adhere to established procedures for IT work and requests.
• Assess and develop the talent of managed personnel.
• Communicate IT initiatives and issues to users across the organization.
• Manage relationships between customers and support teams.
• Assist with telecom responsibilities as directed by IT leadership.
• Build a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four-year college diploma or university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading and supervising a team (3 years).
• Project management and technology implementation experience.
• Strong organizational and project leadership skills.
• Knowledge of corporate technology environments and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with MS Windows, MAC OS, IOS, Droid, Microsoft O365, MS Teams Meetings, MS Teams Calling, OKTA, Ivanti, Zscaler, and TeamViewer.
• Experience with AV hardware, MS Teams Rooms, and BYOD solutions (Crestron, Yealink, Polycom, Logitech, etc.).
• Knowledge of network and Internet fundamentals, wireless technology installation, and troubleshooting.
• Computer hardware, peripheral, and handheld device support.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer for long periods.
• Travel as required for national and local meetings.
