Business Analyst

• Ability to create FRD/BRD with through extensive UI interactions/reverse engineering and very minimal user interviews considering this is a pure technology led project
• The ideal candidates should have a proven track record in crafting high-quality functional requirements, developing comprehensive systems diagrams, and maintaining meticulous traceability matrixes for pure technical projects
• Significant experience required in analyzing existing system and documentation UI related functionalities and (stick to scope of the effort -not end to end, what API does etc, integration- to avoid analysis paralysis)
• Exposure to Adaptive Methodology (mix of scrum/waterfall)
• Ability to add value throughout the UI Rebuild lifecycle starting from requirement gathering to final signs off of post product
• Create FRD/BRD for UI Rebuild exercise through extensive UI interactions and very minimal user interviews
• Crafting high-quality functional requirements, developing comprehensive systems diagrams, and maintaining meticulous traceability matrixes
• Insurance Domain Experience.
