REQUIREMENTS
- Experience leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that impact BOH inventory system operations ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to collaborate with team members and executive stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, and resource needs.
- Skilled in managing risks, dependencies, and issues associated with BOH inventory systems projects ensuring proactive resolution.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and document workflows.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage system migrations or upgrades.
- Ensure all IT solutions align with business objectives and enhance BOH inventory system efficiency.
- Capable of maintaining a fast pace and effectively working within a large PMO team.
- Problem-solving mindset.
