Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Hands experience in managing the lifecycle of changes to products, ensuring they are properly assessed, approved and implemented.
2. Experience in Medical device domain is preferred
3. Creating, Modifying and maintaining change objects to track changes and their associated data including design files, Bill of Materials and change Orders.
4. Establish and maintaining the workflows for approving and implementing the changes, ensuring they are properly evaluated and that appropriate approvals are obtained.
5. Overseeing the tasks involved in implementing changes, ensuring they are completed correctly and within defined timeline.
6. Tracking the progress of changes, reporting any problems or issues that arise and monitoring the overall change management process.
7. Maintaining the records of all changes including approvals and impact assessment, to support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
8. Working with various departments including engineering, manufacturing and compliance to ensure a smooth and efficient change management process.
9. Identifying and resolving problems or issues that may arise during the change management process.
10. Assessing the impact of proposed changes on the product and related system, identifying the potential risks and mitigating them.
11. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 a year
