Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the implementation of Lean and Agile practices across the organization;
  • Drive the adoption of Agile principles and frameworks, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile methodologies;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coaches to identify process improvement opportunities aligned with Lean and Agile principles;
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on Agile practices, covering techniques, roles, and ceremonies within Process Solution and Life Science;
  • Monitor performance metrics and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement in Agile practices;
  • Encourage collaboration, transparency, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the PS-SDD team;
  • Provide clear progress and status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment, visibility, and transparency;
  • Take the lead on some activities within the Lean Agile Center of Excellence and actively participate in Agile communities of practice to share best practices and stay abreast of emerging trends; and
  • Assist the Value Management Office (VMO) by facilitating Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) ceremonies, including handling LPM artifacts and reinforcing effective ways of working.


  • Telecommuting is an option, but individual must reside within the Bedford, MA region as three days of in-office presence per week is required.

    No more than 10% international travel required per year.

    Job Requirements:

    Employer requires a candidate to have at least a Master's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or a closely related field and at least three years of work experience as a

    project manager or in a related occupation implementing Agile practices and working on projects and process improvement initiatives in complex environments.

    Candidate must also have the following:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean Agile, gained through at least three (3) years of work experience;
  • Demonstrated ability creating and delivering Agile trainings and workshops and guiding ARTs or agile teams with strategy, planning and execution of projects gained through at least two (2) years of work experience; and
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile Work and Portfolio Management tools such as Jira and Confluence to support with planning, strategizing, prioritizing, executing and reporting across teams and leadership gained through at least two (2) years of work experience.


  • All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
