The Vice President (VP) of Marketing at Prime Data Centers is a strategic and visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing a global marketing strategy that elevates brand recognition, drives demand generation, and strengthens market positioning in the competitive data center landscape.
This role will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative, supporting hyperscale leasing initiatives, and enhancing overall marketing performance. - Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that amplifies Prime Data Centers' industry presence and competitive advantage.
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement by leading targeted multichannel marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, and traditional platforms.
- Partner with executive leadership to position Prime Data Centers as a preferred provider for hyperscale lease opportunities through strategic marketing campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with private equity firms and investors, ensuring alignment between brand messaging and corporate growth objectives.
- Oversee corporate communications, including press releases, media relations, and investor communications, to strengthen industry credibility and visibility.
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact advertising, promotional campaigns, and thought leadership content that reinforces Prime's market authority.
- Manage website and digital platforms, ensuring compelling, data-driven content that enhances customer engagement and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and sponsorship opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive business development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Development, to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Establish internal communication strategies that foster transparency, alignment, and engagement across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field..
- 10+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the data center or technology industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in multichannel marketing, including digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to engage and influence private equity stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Strong track record of supporting enterprise sales efforts, including hyperscale lease acquisitions.
- Hands-on leadership approach with a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance through MQLs and other key metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience managing third-party agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives
