Your Role at impact.com:

As a Software Engineer at impact.com, you will create and support features on our platform which are used by many of the world's top brands to grow their businesses.
You will be a member of our Data Viz squad, building data presentation features that provide an interactive experience for our end users.
You will become proficient in the latest in Java, React, Unit Testing, TDD, JavaScript, Spring, while mastering our platform and code base.

What You'll Do:

Diploma or B.S. In Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
Graduate to intermediate-level professional software engineering experience
Experience in full stack (frontend/backend) development with Java
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What You Have:
  • Java - version 8 and newer
  • Spring, Spring MVC
  • Native JavaScript - both ES5 and ES6
  • Modern JavaScript Framework: React is preferred, but Angular, Vue or other would be helpful
  • SQL, MySQL, or another RDBMS
  • HTML, CSS and DOM
  • REST API
  • Hibernate/JPA
  • JDBC
  • Shell commands
  • Client-side debugging (Chrome / Firefox devtools)
  • GIT

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
