Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually + benefits
Key Duties:
- Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups.
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.
- Use evidence-based interventions to address relational and behavioral concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with management and clinical teams to optimize care delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active LMFT license in California.
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
- Experience in therapeutic intervention planning.
