- Schedule: Full-Time, Days. 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday
- Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners
- Location: Onsite - Nashville, TN ( Ascension Saint Thomas 21st Ave Building) . Some travel required to supporting Saint Thomas Clinics.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies, procedures and strategies related to the physician practice operations.
- Develop goals, plans, and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Plan, organize, and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepare operational and departmental budgets and ensure compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct internal/external audits.
- Direct and evaluate practice activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
- Experience in physician practice operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills to engage teams and providers
