Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
# Requirements:
Education*: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Computer Science.
Experience*: Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP PM, including experience with SAP PM configuration, customization, and implementation.
Functional Knowledge*: Strong functional knowledge of SAP PM, including maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
Communication Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Utility Industry Experience*: Experience in the Utility industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
# Nice to Have:
SAP Certification*: SAP certification in PM or a related module.
Lean Six Sigma*: Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with lean principles and methodologies.
Data Analytics*: Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, such as statistical process control and machine learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
SAP PM Solution Design Assurance: Ensure assurance for Design and configure SAP PM solutions to meet business requirements, including payroll, benefits, time management, and organizational management.
Functional Consulting*: Provide functional analysis results to business stakeholders, including analysis of business requirements, identification of solutions, and development of functional specifications.
Configuration and Testing: Verify Configuration and test SAP PM solutions, including testing of custom configurations, and quality assurance.
Data Migration and Integration*: Lead quality assurance of data migration and integration activities, including data mapping, data validation, and data loading.
Training and Documentation*: Ensure correctness of training programs for end-users, including documentation of business processes and procedures.
Stakeholder Management*: Communicate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
The SAP PM Senior Functional Analyst will be responsible for ensuring delivery assurance for design, implementation, and testing of SAP PM solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong functional background in SAP PM, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary Range: $150,000-$165,000 a year
