WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking an experienced Technology Audit Specialist to oversee and manage all technology related audit activities. You will be responsible for coordinating responses to internal/external auditors and regulators, tracking audit findings through resolution, and ensuring timely closure of technology-related audit issues. You will also focus on identifying and mitigating technology risks to enhance the firm's overall risk posture. Specifically, you will:
Manage the technology audit finding lifecycle from identification through to remediation
Engage with internal and external auditors, including regulators, to coordinate responses and evidence collection
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate auditing findings into larger technology risk mitigation strategies
Develop and maintain monthly audit status reporting and metrics
Partner with Technology Audit Leads and owners to drive timely resolution of open items
Identify trends and patterns in audit findings to prevent repeat issues
Maintain audit and risk documentation in AuditBoard
Provide guidance on control design and internal testing approaches
Support regulatory examinations, investor inquiries and other third-party assessments
WHAT'S REQUIRED
5+ years of experience managing technology audit findings and risk management in financial services
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, controls, compliance requirements and risk management principles
Experience using audit management tools such as AuditBoard and ServiceNow
Track record of successful engagement with auditors and regulators
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, etc.)
Experience with SEC compliance and other regulatory requirements
Knowledge of ITIL and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF) and controls
Financial services industry background

The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
