Support Honeywell (business) deliverinnovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers. You will workunder limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talentedengineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's nextgeneration (product) by designing, testing and validating products/processesfrom prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committedprofessionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complexengineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more juniorengineers. You will interact with internal and external customers in order tofacilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire knowledge of our productsthat require testing, including their specifications, components, andfunctionalities.
Partner with test system designteams to build connections, comprehend, and shape system designs that enablethorough and effective testing solutions.
Collaborate with the test designteam to grasp test requirements and approaches that address the necessarytesting scope for the product during production stages.
Oversee and maintain custom testsystems to consistently meet established production test needs, engaging thedesign team for assistance in sustaining and enhancing these systems.
Guide test racks and systems fromdeployment to retirement, coordinating and providing training with globalpartners.
Apply problem-solving skills andassess engineering and manufacturing compromises when preparing for andadapting to uncertainties, risks, and opportunities in projects.
Deliver innovative ideas, clearstatus reports, well-considered trade-offs, insightful reviews, and enhancedprocess suggestions to program management and leadership.

Due to compliance with U.S. exportcontrol laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is definedas, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in theU.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an exportauthorization

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in the development and ongoing support of product test systems, ranging from manual to fully automated, within a production environment
  • Strong knowledge of antenna theory and test measurement techniques
  • Expertise in developing test requirements, test plans, test cases, methodologies, and documentation for manufacturing to drive system development
  • Proficiency in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power supplies, and boundary scan tools to evaluate and troubleshoot systems
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance
