WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
RBC's Quantitative & Technology Services (QTS) is looking for a Product Manager/Business Analyst with a focus on data. In this role, you'll be vital in driving data acquisition and comprehension for various internally facing applications. You'll collaborate with internal clients and ensure data is brought to STS effectively, meeting project objectives. Your responsibilities include managing and overseeing all data-related activities within the Business & Client Services Technology platform. With a detail-oriented and hands-on approach, you'll organize and clarify complex data challenges, encouraging the team to think functionally and not shy away from technical debates.

Your responsibilities include managing and overseeing all data-related activities within the Business & Client Services Technology platform. With a detail-oriented and hands-on approach, you'll organize and clarify complex data challenges, encouraging the team to think functionally and not shy away from technical debates.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead the transformation of Business & Client Services Technology with a data-centric approach.
- Develop and document data specifications, contributing across teams.
- Prioritize with the business to meet the demands of multiple ongoing transformations.
- Identify efficiencies across projects, understanding and analyzing the details.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to be used internally and with various clients.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong analytical skills.
- 6+ years of data analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and interfaces.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and profiling; Python is a significant advantage.
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects.
Nice-to-have:
- Startup experience.
- Understanding of 360 degrees of Capital Markets.
- Knowledge of Accounting, Sub-Ledgers & Payments, FinTech, DeFi, Crypto & Blockchain.
- Agile/Scrum development methodology experience.
