Brief Description:
Strategic and Trusted advisor to Clients in supporting their Digital Transformation initiatives and guide them through the transformation journey. Strong expertise in Healthcare Domain having worked with Providers and Payers and has a good understanding of the Value chains across life cycle and common technology platforms supporting the Business. Entrepreneur focused on HLS Vertical Growth in tightly collaborating with GTM teams driving Business opportunities as SME and Revenue generation. Thought leader being at the forefront of Value creation through branding Industry solutions.
Key requirements for the Role:
Preferably master's degree in science & technology
Overall 15+ years' experience in IT Consulting.
10+ years of experience in Healthcare Domain having worked in Enterprise Architect and Principal Consultant roles.
Experience working with end-to-end life cycle in Provider domain and have deep understanding of Patient Engagement Solutions, EMR / EHR Systems, Revenue cycle management, Billings and Claims process, understanding of Regulations etc.
Deep understanding of Data Domains with Providers and Payers and Data Interoperability solutions across platforms, Key KPIs and metrics involved in Finance & Operations Value chains.
Have been through multiple Technology Transformation projects with Providers and Payers in a lead capacity.
Been a Thought leader with deep understanding of Industry Use cases and have applied latest Technology Tools to Automate Business Processes
Experience working with AI / RPA technologies to implement Automation is a big plus.
Highly articulate with excellent presentation skills and ability to interact with C-Suite and key Business stake holders.
Leverage Network and connects in the Industry in influencing New customer acquisitions.
Job responsibilities:
Contribute to building solid GTM Strategy for Expansions in existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
Ability to build Technology roadmaps with Clients for achieving end to end transformations.
Deliver innovative prototypes and pilots in an agile environment leading a diverse team of onsite and offshore tech resources.
Experience in developing Innovative Solution offerings, leading GTM initiatives and generating qualified opportunity Pipeline working with Sales, Marketing & Alliance teams.
Identify strong Business Use cases for AI Automation and collaborate with Tech teams in developing PoC and GTM solutions.
Leading Pre Sales for Pursuits, contributing to Proposal Solution build and tightly collaborating with the Technology BU's in delivering winning proposals.
Partially Billable in Customer engagements as an SME/ trusted advisor to ensure alignment of Technology solutions to Business needs.
Thought leader in publishing white papers, blogs, Event Speaker etc on a regular basis.
Help identify and build ecosystem of Partners as part of GTM Strategy
Build strong Case studies and reference customer base backed with Customer testimonials.
Networking and building relationship with Customer and partner ecosystems
Strong collaboration with Technology practices to build Industry Specific solutions and help socialize with ISV channels and improve channel influence revenues.
Keep abreast with latest Regulation updates and guide technology teams to build innovative solutions to stay in compliance.
