Position
This position will be a part of the Finance organization, working as part of the FP&A team. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining three-statement, multi-year financial models to support key business decisions and assist in equity and debt fundraising.

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Position
This position will be a part of the Finance organization, working as part of the FP&A team. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining three-statement, multi-year financial models to support key business decisions and assist in equity and debt fundraising.
Responsibilities
- Develop various types of financial models to value and analyze debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Conduct financial performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Perform Ad Hoc requests to support management decision-making.
- Run various scenarios within financial models to evaluate potential financial results depending on different levels of business and market performance.
- Develop presentations for senior leadership to communicate results of financial analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments, both within and outside of Finance to gather relevant data and support assumptions across various models.
- Work independently and regularly handle non-routine situations.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- 2-3 years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
- Background in Financial Services strongly preferred.
- MBA and/or CFA preferred.
Skills
- Demonstrated advanced experience in financial modeling.
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel; PowerPoint) with ability to design and maintain complex financial models and to drive high quality financial presentations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
