Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Program Manager (DPM), that is intimately familiar with United States (U.S.) Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is a Combatant Command. The PM will have significant relevant experience working with Special Operations Forces (SOF) Information Environment (SIE). The PM will lead a team in to rapidly develop and deploy innovative solutions on a resilient global network.
The DPM is responsible for providing management, direction, administration, and leadership of the execution of USSOCOM Enterprise requirements. The Components DPM responsibilities shall include assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall Components performance. The Components DPM shall be responsible for the efficiency of the Components, including managing technical issues and business processes, managing, and responding to Government issues, concerns, and comments; and alerting the Government proactively to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues.
Components DPM is accountable to the overall Program Manager and is responsible for the 100% satisfaction of SIE users supporting SOF mission execution within the USSOCOM enterprise, and for the successful delivery of SIE capabilities and services to Enterprise, Theater, and Component mission commanders and stakeholders within all required performance metrics. Supports monthly IPR reviews, providing direct input to the PM. Some travel to areas of responsibility is expected.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of experience
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required
- Possess eight years of experience managing at least 20 or more IT professionals similar in size, scope, and complexity to TO requirements, including managing and leading geographically dispersed staff of varying skill levels.
- Possess a Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMI Project Management Professional certification.
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of five years of experience with IT Service Delivery using an ITIL/ITSM framework similar in size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of this TO
