Our work depends on a Operations Specialist joining our team to provide state-of-the-art Information Technology (IT) engineering and management leadership to enable our customer to increase mission success and enhance mission capabilities in the critical areas of national security, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism.

HOW A UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Manage a small team in a service desk environment
  • Create and produce ticketing system reports and metrics reports
  • Create and maintain new Service Level Agreements
  • Identify gaps in workflow processes and present solutions
  • Analyze customer service requests and provide prompt resolutions
  • Prepare and submit status and ad hoc reports to management
  • Utilize trouble ticketing software
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Provide technical guidance for planning, directing, and monitoring information systems operations


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of related experience

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: JIRA, Service manager, Microsoft TAC, Avaya BCM, Avaya IP Office

CLEARANCE: TOP SECRET

LOCATION: Washington, DC

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
