Vice President, Enterprise Sales

Location: Cleveland, OH | Fairfield NJ

Candidates must reside in or around one of the listed geographic regions.

Position Summary:

The Enterprise Sales VP will lead a team of high-performing Sales Executives across multiple regions, driving strategic growth in national Enterprise markets. This leader will be responsible for building and executing regional sales strategies, coaching and developing talent, fostering partner relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets in Networking, Managed Services, Intelligent Automation, and Full Stack Observability.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a geographically dispersed team of Sales Executives to win [close, complete] new logo sales.
  • Establish clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and implement coaching strategies to promote team success.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture aligned with Acuative's values.

Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Oversee complex enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach to contract execution.

Client & Market Engagement
  • Build deep relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and current client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and articulate Acuative's value proposition across all relevant service areas.
  • Represent Acuative at client meetings, industry events, and strategic vendor engagements.

Partnership & Collaboration
  • Drive joint sales opportunities in partnership with key vendors such as Cisco, Ericsson, Broadcom, Fortinet, and others.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations, Marketing, and Delivery to align sales efforts with business priorities.

Reporting & Data Integrity
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer data in Salesforce system(s).
  • Provide executive-level updates on team performance, wins, challenges, and market insights.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise market
  • 5+ years in a leadership capacity-managing sales teams
  • Proven success managing enterprise sales teams and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, managed services, and digital transformation trends.
  • Ability to lead consultative selling efforts and develop solution-based value propositions to closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience co-selling with strategic vendors and building joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience selling into large enterprise or Cisco partners
  • Familiarity with conducting executive workshops, business case development, and digital leadership engagements.

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support team members, client meetings, and strategic sales initiatives.
