We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Integration Specialist (N/S) to support mission-critical Data Centre operations and infrastructure initiatives.

Job Description:
Must Haves:
Proven experience supporting multiple technical teams and complex IT infrastructures.
Hands-on expertise with VMware, V-Centre, and virtual server management.
Strong background in building and maintaining Windows (2008, 2012, 2016), Solaris, AIX, and Mainframe servers.
Solid networking knowledge including installation and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Familiarity with Tier IV/Tier II Data Centre protocols and procedures.
Proficient in Office 365 and Remedy/eSMT ticketing systems.
Experience in incident management and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Data Centre availability, reliability, and adherence to uptime commitments.
Coordinate issue resolution with internal/external teams and oversee infrastructure support activities.
Manage and maintain IT hardware, troubleshoot incidents, and implement infrastructure changes.
Maintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and Configuration Management Database records.
Recommend infrastructure enhancements and oversee hardware decommissioning.
Participate in on-call rotations and maintain knowledge of server builds, physical infrastructure, and deployment models.
This role requires a strong technical foundation, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to support a dynamic and secure infrastructure environment.
Pay Details: $1.00 per hour
