Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scout and seize potential business opportunities to cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance company growth.
- Engage deeply with key stakeholders to assimilate their core business needs, aligning your strategic initiatives accordingly.
- Spearhead the development and deliverance of tailored solutions that resonate with the clients' strategic goals, thereby promoting enhanced customer loyalty and business value.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams of subject matter experts to propose and implement complex solutions that drive client objectives.
- Lead from the front in fostering relationships, ensuring sustained business engagement and success of implemented solutions.
- Continuously monitor market and competitive trends to maintain a proactive approach to business development.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Residency within the commutable area of the Oakville, Toronto office to fulfill hybrid work requirements.
- A minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience, specifically dealing with Fortune 500 companies.
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex sales cycles ranging from 3 to 12 months with a notable record in high-volume sales (transactions over $250k).
- Historical track record of substantial new business development involving marketing solutions or professional services.
- Stable professional history with no more than three job changes over the last decade.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills tailored to high-stake business deals.
- Strategic thinking capability coupled with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in leading diverse teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication proficiency in English and preferably in at least one other language relevant to the company's global market.
