The Sr. Integration Engineer is pivotal in advancing our enterprise data integration and analysis strategies. What You'll Do In This Role

Core Responsibilities:

  • 70% Data Analysis, Integration, and Development: Lead data integration projects, using analytical skills to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Develop scalable integration solutions that meet present and future business needs.
  • 20% Coaching and Technical Leadership: Cultivate a data-first mindset across the team, pioneering modern technologies and methodologies.
  • 10% Strategic Meetings and Administration: Collaborate on strategic initiatives, providing guidance on technical architecture and emerging trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in enterprise data integration and systems connectivity.
  • Ability to analyze, document, and optimize integration strategies across systems such as Salesforce, cloud databases, and internal platforms.
  • Proven expertise in MuleSoft, Kafka, and Snowflake, with a passion for continuous learning and technical innovation.
  • Deep understanding of internal operational data stores and database architecture, including SQL Server, MongoDB, Snowflake, with proficiency in relational and non-relational concepts.
  • Expertise in creating custom queries using SOQL, integrating data with external systems, and understanding Salesforce objects, data structure, and data management best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coaching team members and driving technology-focused innovation.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strengths in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

  • Forward Thinker: Stay forward-thinking in areas like AI, optimization, and emerging integration strategies and practices.
  • Collaboration and Deployment: Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data integration needs and deploy and test integration solutions.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Document data integration processes, workflows, and system configurations and ensure data integration processes comply with relevant data governance policies and regulations.
  • Issue Diagnosis and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve data integration issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Support and Recommendations: Provide support and recommendations for complex integration challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work and communicate with a variety of personalities, across locations and varying organizational levels.
  • Impact Analysis: Analyze and review potential adjustments or modifications for impacts on other programs.

  • Participate in the Integration Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Health Monitoring and Reporting
  • Contribute to system monitoring and performance logging (e.g., APM)

What We're Looking For

  • College Degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems Preferred
  • Minimum 8 years' IT development experience or equivalent Preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with business partners and other IT staff
  • Problem solving skills sufficient to perform research and recommend a proposed solution to problems
  • Able to work on multiple tasks and meet established deadlines
  • Able to effectively direct and coordinate the work of other team members on a project without having HR management responsibility for them
  • Knowledge of computer programming languages as required for the system

Salary Range Information

USD $82,654.00 - USD $172,197.00 /Yr. Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire.
