The Risk Analyst will work in Chubb's Enterprise Risk Management Unit (ERM) and support the team in a broad range of responsibilities including risk accumulation analysis of Life, Accident and Health products, credit risk monitoring and reporting, macro-economic analyses and reporting, model risk and operational risk governance. The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to make valuable contributions and learn different lines of insurance business and multiple risk disciplines.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the production of regular reports and presentations to various executive and Board committees.
  • Contribute to the development of annual stress testing and event-driven scenarios to analyze the impact of macro-economic and insurance events on Chubb's portfolios and capital position.
  • Participate in the preparation of risk reporting, including annual Group and legal entity Own Risk and Solvency Assessments (ORSAs), rating agency presentations.
  • Support tasks related to credit risk monitoring and reporting.
  • Prepare industry, competitor, and emerging risk analysis.
  • Support ad hoc analyses, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Collaborate with offshore analytical team to support the above analyses and reporting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or risk management.
  • 3 years of experience in the insurance or banking industry.
  • Prior experience with finance, audit or enterprise risk management preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear and concise verbal and written communications of analyses.
