Join our Marketing team as DTC (Direct to Consumer) Manager where you will be responsible for being hands-on to run the business. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Digital acumen is the name of the game as we transform and accelerate the business for our Qunol brand.

The salary range for this position is:
$84,750.00 - $122,416.66

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for helping drive the DTC business, including managing all products and merchandising on site, creating reports to evaluate performance, and overseeing updates and adjustments to the tech stack.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and product listings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales goals.
- Execute promotion strategy and manage budgets accordingly.
- Analyze performance metrics, reports and develop action plans to ensure performance targets are met through the continuous improvement process, to prioritize growth levers based on a business objectives.
- Work with Director of DTC to deliver campaigns and activities that build traffic, engage and retain users on our site as well as ensuring long term brand building
- Work cross functionally to drive loyalty and retention program to delight and retain users across channels.
- Support content creation efforts to support effective product merchandising such as instructions, photography, graphics, video, and other media.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all Digital and web operations
- Identify and execute opportunities for improvement of UX and development of site features
- Assist with P&L (in partnership with Finance Team)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-5 years experience in DTC/e-commerce, preferably for a CPG company
- Demonstrated success in driving customer growth for DTC brands
- P&L management familiarity.
- Shopify, Google Analytics, Klayvio experience is a must
- Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
- Highly analytical and data-driven, able to zoom in on data, extract insights, iterate and adapt strategies and tactics to optimize growth
- You have a good knowledge of full-funnel conversion optimization as well as the most important SEO practices
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Passion for speed, simplicity, organization and project planning
- Strong executor who is comfortable being entrepreneurial
- Must be highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as cross-functionally
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced business environment with an ability to adapt quickly to change
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent prior experience
