Expertise on Salesforce Marketing cloud 10+ years' experience Key Responsibilities and skills: Marketing Automation: Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns across email, web, and other channels, focusing on lead generation, nurturing, and engagement. Lead Management: Manage sales leads, assign them to the sales team, and track lead-to-opportunity conversions. Campaign Development: Create and manage online campaigns, including email templates, landing pages, contact forms, and webinars. Data Management: Manage data within Pardot/Account Engagement, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement. Client Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients on Pardot/Account Engagement best practices and usage. Training and Adoption: Conduct training and actively promote the adoption of Pardot/Account Engagement within the organization. Integration: Design and/or build integrations between Pardot/Account Engagement and other Salesforce applications or third-party tools. Preferred skills Strategic Planning: Advise clients on marketing strategy, automation best practices, and technical advice to optimize their Pardot usage. Project Management: Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and project execution. KPI Tracking: Track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
