For the QA/QC HVAC is extensive, Electrical detailed knowledge, and utility routing. We want someone that knows the materials of construction well enough to read our specs and if there is a delay of material or escalation pricing, they can help suggest alternatives that meet the requirements and streamline any issues with quality in the field.
o Strong engineering knowledge and background.
o Focus on M.E.P. (Mechanical, Electric, Plumbing)
o Field experience as installer, inspector, engineer, or trainer.
o OSHA 500
o 10+ years of experience, preferably in the field.
o Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
o Knowledge of building and construction codes, STL County, NECA, NFPA,SMANCA, IBC 2020, Etc.
o Ability to walk the projects and climb ladders
o Ability to coach and collaborate with diverse teams.
o Ability to lead and manage without being adversarial and divisive.
o Strong oral and written communications skills
-PPE Requirements: _ Basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that must be worn by all personnel on the job site: hard hat, safety glasses with rigid side shields and safety toed shoes. High visibility clothing may be required under certain circumstances _________
