The Position

Are you ready to make a real impact on women's health? As Women's Health Sr. Specialist Global Marketing, you'll be at the heart of our Global Women's Health Commercial team. Reporting to the Women's Health Global Customer Strategy Lead, you'll dive into a mix of strategic and operational tasks that shape and implement our women's health strategy. You'll collaborate with Global Brand Leaders and cross-functional teams to bring our plans to life and manage daily operations like budget management, procurement, and managing platforms and ordering to support clinical training around the world. Plus, you'll get to work across all areas within the women's health franchise, including contraception, fertility, and maternal health. Responsibilities
  • Drive the local implementation of the global integrated brand plans.
  • Understand business objectives and customer journeys.
  • Lead content development and campaign implementation.
  • Manage agency communications and congress/exhibition support.
  • Support digital customer engagement.
  • Work closely with Global Brand Leaders on key brand projects.
  • Manage budgets and procurement.
  • Oversee training supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Handle other operational tasks, as needed.


Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Four plus years in marketing, marketing communications, and digital marketing in pharma/biotech.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Great with people and excellent at getting things done.
  • Strong team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and complete large-scale projects within established timelines.
  • Experience with Medical/Legal reviews, VEEVA PROMOMATS, and SAP/COMET.
  • MBA/Master's a plus


Preferred Experience and Skills
  • Digital marketing and social media experience.
  • Experience with digital engagement analytics tools.
  • Previous customer-facing roles and product launch experience.
