Summary
Provides support and guidance to St. Clair Medical Group (SCMG) Leadership as a member of the Human Resources Team. Utilize knowledge, experience, tools and data in support of administering all HR related duties in the following functional areas: recruiting/on boarding, retaining and engaging employees, benefits administration, pension administration, compensation, performance management, policy implementation and employment law compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Five years of progressive leadership/management experience in the field of HR including prior oversight and administrative responsibility for benefits administration, pension administration, compensation, recruitment, employee engagement and employment law. Strong analytical skills which will drive business and financial decision making. Attention to detail in support of project management initiatives. Strong relationship-building and employee engagement skills. Work experience in a fast-paced professional environment. Strong decision-making skills. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc). Seven years of management experience administering all programs related to the field of Human Resources. Prior professional experience and affiliation to a Human Resources Department in a healthcare setting.
