Summary

Provides support and guidance to St. Clair Medical Group (SCMG) Leadership as a member of the Human Resources Team. Utilize knowledge, experience, tools and data in support of administering all HR related duties in the following functional areas: recruiting/on boarding, retaining and engaging employees, benefits administration, pension administration, compensation, performance management, policy implementation and employment law compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Five years of progressive leadership/management experience in the field of HR including prior oversight and administrative responsibility for benefits administration, pension administration, compensation, recruitment, employee engagement and employment law.
  • Strong analytical skills which will drive business and financial decision making.
  • Attention to detail in support of project management initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building and employee engagement skills.
  • Work experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software.


  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc).
  • Seven years of management experience administering all programs related to the field of Human Resources.
  • Prior professional experience and affiliation to a Human Resources Department in a healthcare setting.
