Product Owner/Business Analyst
- 8+ years of experience in IT as Product Owner/Business Analyst in PEGA or any BPM products
- Advanced experience in Agile and Waterfall planning and delivery processes.
- Advanced knowledge and experienced working with Jira work planning and management utility.
- Experience leading digital initiatives with demonstrated success in driving improved digital customer servicing experiences that reduce servicing expenses.
- Extensive experience working with developers, architecture engineers, and internal stakeholders to understand what is technically possible, and how to translate options into the delivery of market leading customer experiences.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively across varying levels of business management.
Roles & responsibilities
Providing digital platforms, product and customer experience leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Directing the development and execution of digital servicing strategic plans and roadmap.
Translating business objectives into clear and actionable requirements and supporting digital customer experiences.
Work as Product Owner/Business Analyst
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to elicit and document business requirements, driving alignment with strategic priorities
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards and utilize Analytics and Tableau to make data driven decisions.
Partner with user experience designers using Figma/Miro to develop digital solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless digital experiences for client-facing applications.
Operate within an agile framework, using Jira to document and prioritize requirements and facilitate the development process.
Salary Range- $100,000-$125,000 a year
