Advanced Clinical Pharmacist - BMT
Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shifts (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
Compensation: $61.78 - $80.32 per hour (based on 10-20+ years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (with a 2-year commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Cellular Therapy team in an acute hospital setting. This specialized role focuses on supporting transplant cellular therapy (TCT) patients, including those undergoing CAR-T and BMT treatments. The pharmacist will play a key role in medication management, interdisciplinary rounds, and pharmacokinetic consultation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmacy services for BMT and Cellular Therapy patients
- Manage and monitor anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and deliver pharmacokinetic expertise
- Collaborate on quality improvement projects across departments
- Educate patients and providers on TCT, CAR-T, and BMT medications
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- Certification: Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required
- Experience: Recent (within the past year) experience in an acute care setting, specializing in TCT, CAR-T, or BMT
- Licensure: Active Florida Pharmacist License required
