Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure necessary permits and licenses.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with all building, safety, and governmental regulations.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns.
  • Inspect work quality and resolve any issues or disputes that arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager.
  • Advanced understanding of construction processes, principles, materials, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
