Preferences:
- Five or more years of Network and Security Engineering experience, with an emphasis on security products from Radware, Fortinet, Cisco and Palo Alto.
- Expert knowledge and experience in well-known security technologies/products, such as DDoS, proxy, vpn, firewalls, firewall orchestration and network access control
- Experience in network security hardening and controls as well experience using network monitoring and logging tools (i.e. SolarWinds, LiveNX, ELK)
- Critical thinker who can work in high-pressure situations due to the unpredictable nature of cyber threats.
- Advanced understand of network defense technology both on premise and cloud
Core Competencies:
- Hands on engineering level experience with Radware, Palo Alto, Fortinet and Cisco security products, including their management platforms
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate and educate others about complex technologies with business acumen.
- Experience with Radware Defense Pro hardware
- Experience with Cisco Client, including the wifi portal
- Understanding of network security best practices
- Knowledge of native firewalls in AWS and Azure
Preferences:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- CCNA/CCNP/CISSP a plus.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Experience with Agile
