Job Summary

Fishbeck is seeking a motivated and detail-orientedProject Managerto join ourBusiness Transformationteam. This role will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of internal transformation initiatives while contributing toProject Management Office (PMO)activities. The ideal candidate will have a strongproject management background, experience withbusiness transformation and change management, and a passion for continuous improvement. Primary Functions

  • Project Planning & Strategy
  • Lead the execution of internal business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, budget, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
  • Engage with key stakeholders (internal teams, senior leadership, external vendors) to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate regular project updates to keep all parties informed on progress and challenges.
  • Execution & Monitoring
  • Drive successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage resources effectively, balancing project needs with organizational priorities.
  • Change Management
  • Support organizational change initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Continuous Improvement & PMO Contribution
  • Contribute to the development and operation of theProject Management Office (PMO).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions for better efficiency.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and enhance future project planning.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation of project timelines, scope changes, and issues for accountability and transparency.

Minimum Physical Requirements

Ability to work in an office setting, operate standard office equipment, and communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Occasional regional travel (10%) may be required.

Desired Education & Experience

  • Education:Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.PMP certificationis a plus but not required.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum5 years of project management experience, with at least2 years in business transformation or change management.
  • Experience working in aPMO-led organizationand implementingproject management governance.
  • Track record of managinglarge-scale, complex projectsfrom inception to completion.
  • Experience within theAEC industryis a plus.
