What You'll Do
We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to represent our Racquet Sports business in San Diego, Orange County and Palm Springs, California. Territory managers have a passion for their sport as well as achieving and exceeding sales goals and expanding our market share.

This role requires passion for the racquet sports, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience in packaged goods or a similar industry. Other qualifications include:
What We'll Provide
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.

What You'll Do
We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to represent our Racquet Sports business in San Diego, Orange County and Palm Springs, California. Territory managers have a passion for their sport as well as achieving and exceeding sales goals and expanding our market share.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve annual territory sales plan and product category objectives.
- Establish Wilson at the "Tennis 360" company in your territory, selling hardgoods and softgoods
- Increase Wilson's brand presence and image with customers and consumers.
- Review each account's performance in a business review each quarter.
- Grow market share in your territory in all Racquet Sports (i.e Tennis, Pickleball, Padel)
- Conduct highly impactful demo experiences, showcasing the latest Wilson technologies
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with key players in each account.
- Develop layouts/merchandising concepts for accounts.
- Recruit and manage high visibility teaching pros to enhance the promotion of Wilson Racquet Sports.
- Share key insights with cross functional team members to help impact the needs of your Territory
What We're Looking For
This role requires passion for the racquet sports, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience in packaged goods or a similar industry. Other qualifications include:
- Racquet equipment sales / Racquet customer service experience required
- Knowledge of the racquet sports (i.e Tennis, Pickleball, Footwear, Padel) and the proper equipment
- General product knowledge of all of the major brands
- Ability to travel independently throughout the territory and work remotely in a home office setting
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and strategic vision
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
