Job Summary:
The Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and management of Aspirion's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and rewards & recognition. This leadership role will focus on ensuring that Aspirion's compensation and benefits offerings are market competitive, equitable, and aligned with Aspirion's business objectives. The Director will also lead the design and execution of teammate rewards and recognition initiatives, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement throughout the organization.

Job Summary:
The Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and management of Aspirion's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and rewards & recognition. This leadership role will focus on ensuring that Aspirion's compensation and benefits offerings are market competitive, equitable, and aligned with Aspirion's business objectives. Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this position will
- Develop, implement, and oversee Aspirion's compensation philosophy and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Spearhead the design and execution of foundational total rewards initiatives, including job architecture development, market benchmarking, and promotion/adjustment guidelines.
- Drive the end-to-end merit and bonus cycle process, including budget planning, alignment with performance outcomes, and communication plans to enhance transparency, engagement, and retention.
- Manage salary structure and job evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Lead the administration of base pay, incentive, and bonus programs, ensuring that compensation practices are competitive, fair, and compliant with legal regulations.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to ensure market competitiveness and working in collaboration with the HR business partner to provide recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of teammate benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other voluntary benefits.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external benefit vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions and quality of service for teammates.
- Ensure the benefit offerings are competitive, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
- Analyze benefit program performance and teammate satisfaction, making recommendations for enhancements and changes based on data and feedback.
- Oversee 401(k) administration including design and testing.
- Design and lead company-wide rewards and recognition programs that celebrate teammate achievements, milestones, and contributions, while reinforcing a positive company culture.
- Measure the effectiveness of recognition programs and make adjustments to ensure they remain impactful and relevant.
- Ensure effective communication of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to teammates through clear, engaging, and accessible messaging.
- Lead the development of teammate education programs and resources, helping teammates understand the full value of the total rewards package.
- Work closely with HR business partners to ensure seamless communication across the organization, particularly during open enrollment periods, compensation reviews, and recognition events.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Ensure all total rewards programs and policies comply with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of total rewards professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to understand organizational priorities and ensure total rewards strategies align with business needs.
- Oversee the development of reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of total rewards programs and guide data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular compensation audits and analyses to ensure internal equity and competitiveness within the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimal 8 years of experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits.
- Demonstrated experience in building and enhancing compensation structures, benefits programs, and rewards & recognition programs.
- Experience managing and administering compensation and benefits programs across diverse teammate populations.
- Expertise in conducting market analyses, using data to drive decision-making, and building data-driven compensation strategies leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain total rewards concepts to all teammates.
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
