About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP Advisory Services to establish and lead a newly formed team that supports healthcare organizations to better understand their opportunities and strategies for maximizing outcomes, particularly in, but not limited to, value-based care arrangements and population health initiatives. The ideal candidate will cultivate strategic relationships and lead the development and delivery of data- and analytics-driven assessments of opportunity, delineating potential levers to influence performance and presenting roadmaps to realize outcomes. This candidate will bring a blend of consultative advisory, technical understanding of business models, relevant policy, and use of technology, including data, software and workflow applications, analytics, and AI, as relevant in the healthcare domain.
A Day in the Life
  • Lead and manage analytical consulting projects with prospects and customers, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct assessments and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer success through data and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion through analytics-driven consultative discussions and value-added solutions.
  • Partner with growth strategy to support sales and prospect opportunities, including presenting and framing collateral to support establishment of long-term engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their data challenges and providing tailored analytics solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership on engagement performance and improvement areas.
What You Need
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, client engagement, project management, or a related role, preferably in analytics or data-driven domains.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in managing multiple analytics projects and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and drive customer success through data insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with leveraging data and analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, to design creative, compelling, and cogent deliverables.
  • Familiarity with various analytics tools in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data visualization platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
