Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Director, Audience Strategy on the OneVue Performance, Media and Measurement (PMM) team to lead the implementation and execution of a comprehensive audience strategy across National and Retail Media for a suite of brands within the Kenvue Portfolio. This role will be instrumental in driving the team's success by fostering collaboration, streamlining workflows, and iterating on and developing innovative audience solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive audience strategy across National and Retail Media for Kenvue's Self Care brands, providing strategic direction and mentorship to a team of managers and senior associates in implementing key audience functions and tactics.
  • Serve as the team lead for Retail Media audience planning. Foster strong relationships with key retail partners to develop a deep understanding of retail media operations and capabilities to streamline workflows and processes across the PMM team
  • Develop a strategy for managing audience segmentation across national and retail campaigns running concurrently, collaborating with Programmatic, Retail Media, and Audience Client teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach.
  • Represent the audience team in retail JBP negotiations, advocating for the inclusion of audience capabilities that deliver strategic value and drive impactful results.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging audience trends and technologies, including alternative targeting solutions, clean room opportunities, and partner capabilities. Synthesize these opportunities with client leads and provide recommendations on whether to test and implement.
  • Develop and implement best practices for audience planning and execution -- ensuring the team adheres to consistent standards and processes.
  • Lead the design, execution, and reporting of Audience-first Enterprise Learning Agenda (ELA) test-and-learn initiatives, working closely with clients to define test objectives. Delegate responsibilities with cross-functional teams to execute test plans, and develop clear and actionable reports that communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership -- communicating the team's progress, insights, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide proactive contribution to clients' business growth by identifying new business opportunities; develops long-term solutions for clients including custom data management solutions and data solutions


Required Skills & Experience
  • 6-10 years of experience in a media-related role, with an emphasis on audience strategy and planning, ideally across national and/or retail media channels.
  • Prior experience working in Programmatic a must, with a strong familiarity with DSPs such as Trade Desk and/or DV360.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Emerging Technologies: Awareness of emerging audience targeting technologies, including alternative targeting solutions, clean rooms, and data partnerships.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve problems effectively, finding creative solutions to challenges.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster individual growth.
  • Presentation & Storytelling:Experience in presenting complex information clearly and concisely to senior leadership, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
