Premier Enterprise Solutions is looking for a Personnel Security Management Specialist to provide and assist security management support for our client and their subordinate offices in the areas of personnel security (PERSEC), physical security (PHYSEC), communication security (COMSEC), continuity of operations (COOP), information security/operations security (INFOSEC/OPSEC), industrial security (INDSEC), and general security administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the security office and individual ASRs within their assigned offices. Monitor compliance with security directives given by client leadership. Periodically brief the Government technical leads and leadership regarding overall security status, with immediate alerts in emergency instances. Conduct and monitor annual training of all personnel.
- Serve as the security liaison and local building management.
- Support the Activity Security Representative (ASR) roles and responsibilities, develop a training plan for how to perform the ASR responsibilities, and conduct training to reinforce the roles and responsibilities of the ASRs, which includes performing the day-to-day activities required to align the security activities of each location with security plans.
- Provide general security function (customer support), such as, processing CAC and building access applications; access control requests; country and threat briefs; in/out processing of R&T personnel (civilian, military, Intergovernmental Personnel Act/detailee and contractor); security record management; courier card application processing; computer/network account access requests; and visit authorization requests.
- Develop and maintain Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure the following security disciplines are sufficiently instilled throughout:
- PHYSEC: Along with office ASRs, act as a liaison between building security managers to ensure proper physical security. This includes perimeter protection, access control, visitor control, intrusion detection, and overall safety procedures.
- OPSEC: Ensure general operations minimize the risk of security breaches and prevent the divulgence of sensitive information. Develop and verify suitable practices are in place for all personnel working with classified hardware and materials.
- COMSEC: Ensure all communications hardware devices, such as Secure Telephone Unit (STU)/Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) phones, are maintained appropriately. Ensure sensitive conversations only occur in approved areas.
- INFOSEC: Develop appropriate classified material records management and courier procedures and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with client offices to ensure IT security requirements are being met, including, but not limited to computer hardware conforms to the latest security updates and regulations. Develop safe practices for SIPRNET terminals.
- Assist the OUSD(R&E) Security team with investigations in the event of any security breaches, and coordinate with client management and its security and legal offices.
- Perform quarterly security compliance checks at all assigned offices to ensure that spaces and personnel conform to security SOPs.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in Personnel and/or Physical Security
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Degree requirement may be waived if employee meets Required Clearance, Minimum Qualifications, and Preferred Qualifications.)
Desired/Preferred Qualification:
- 10+ years of recent and relevant work experience directly supporting Senior Executives
- 2+ years of DoD experience

- Active Top Secret/SCI
