Overview
The AR Reporting Associate Analyst is required to demonstrate a great sense of ownership, pro-activeness, and accountability towards the responsibilities within the role. They will provide various types of reporting and analytics related to Accounts Receivable. They will increase our visibility of our aging of invoices and disputes while highlighting areas of risk. They will develop strategies to reduce our DSO, streamline processes and reduce financial risk. They will support process improvements and project implementations.

The AR Reporting Associate Analyst is required to demonstrate a great sense of ownership, pro-activeness, and accountability towards the responsibilities within the role. They will provide various types of reporting and analytics related to Accounts Receivable. They will increase our visibility of our aging of invoices and disputes while highlighting areas of risk. Responsibilities
- Publish weekly topline reporting including AR aging, Deduction, TBG, PES etc.
- Create Invoice aging reporting for collectors and identify risk / focus areas
- Management of 3 direct reports overseeing AR Accounting, Credit Application processes, PAD/Echeck processes and high-risk collections.
- Lead the development of direct reports through effective execution of manager quality actions: regular 1W1, Mid-Year reviews, people planning, leadership and coaching.
- Analyze reporting and work with the Trade AR Supervisor to manage collection strategies and scoring to maintain efficient collection procedures while reducing risk
- Analyze weekly dispute aging reporting and highlight progress as well as identify gaps and risk areas
- Work closely Trade Spend and Dispute teams to streamline processes and highlight executional gaps
- Review and approve all period end AR to GL reconciliations
- Support AR projects and transformation projects as required
- Support implementation and stabilization of SAP by partnering with the AR and PGT team
- Support period end reporting including Top 25, Tropicana receivable and risk reporting
- Support period end factoring to POIP processes
- Support development of new reports and analytics as required
- Calculate and maintain Allowance for Doubtful Account reserve as per policy
- Support all aspects of GCS including adherence to PepsiCo's policies, values, and code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or Finance with 5 years of working experience
- Excellent people management capabilities
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills - knowledge of ERT, SAP, Power Query, Power BI is an asset
- Strong customer service, communication, and collaborative skills
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Background in Accounts Receivable Credit & Collections is preferred
