Leads a cross-functional team managing key administrative platforms (e.g., Slack, Miro, Splunk, Monday.com, DocuSign, Atlassian, Restaurant Development Systems) across YUM.
Manages senior specialists and analysts to ensure system performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
Collaborates with teams across Security, DevOps, and Architecture to drive digital transformation and strategic platform solutions.
Oversees project planning and delivery, optimizes processes, ensures governance, and maintains proactive stakeholder communication.
Establishes and enforces platform governance and best practices, ensuring compliance, proper documentation, and effective knowledge transfer.
Primary management liaison with customer and business leaders, ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, and ongoing initiatives.
Serves as the primary escalation point for technical issues, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Plans and prioritizes to address resource and operational challenges within the managed area
Thinks future-back by identifying opportunities and risks, developing contingency plans
Makes decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plans
May recommend changes to policies and procedures impacting the discipline
Works on a diverse range of issues and sets short-to-medium-term work and resource plans
May hold budget responsibilities
Could result in serious delays, increased expenditures, and disruption of business activities
Frequently interacts with internal leaders and senior external contacts
Updates, influences, and consults with others-particularly senior leadership-on projects, practices, and procedures
Communicates complex technical matters effectively
May serve as the principal contact for contracts and high-visibility projects
Decisions typically impact the department or related functions
Requires deep expertise in own discipline and solid knowledge of related areas and industry practices Proven track record in leading software teams, vendor management, and support operations Proven track record in leading software teams, vendor management and support operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
Salary Range: $122,100 -$135,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
