A role in Global Supply Planning means ensuring that the supply, capacity, production and inventory plans are established in conjunction with demand plans and manufacturing processes to meet business needs at the vendor, factory and/or mill level. The role will ensure that capacity is available to manufacturer the right product, at the right time and in the right location. The role is one of the key links between the manufacturing factories, Global sourcing, Product Development and Design, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Finance and Supply Chain. This new capability is still being scaled, which allows for creative thinking and leadership opportunities.
As a GSP Manager - Doppler, you will have a strategic understanding of Doppler (a supply planning technology being developed internally), enabling you to serve as the Product Marketer to own the processes of training, onboarding, developing solutions, and prioritizing efficiencies in the system. You will lead routines that drive alignment and understanding of the system processes and developments that increase visibility within Target. You will manage coordinating the onboarding process and establishing training necessary for all GSP users and business partners. Collaboration with Business Partners and internal Doppler users will be critical as the liaison between the business and product team. You will manage the integration of supply planning processes into Doppler by being the subject matter expert of Doppler for the business. As GSP Manager -- Doppler, you will own Doppler administrative duties within the system itself. In support of the agile development of Doppler, you will manage the prioritization of system and efficiency integrations, as well as collecting and surfacing unexpected challenges. You will manage troubleshooting and problem solving any issues and communicating with the product owner and engineers. You will strategically work to align priorities and develop solutions to continuously improve the system. You will help track and refine system related KPI's and provide data to help drive the business forward.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. About you:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experiences
- 3+ years merchandising experience preferred
- Detail-oriented multi-tasker with strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing deliverables and collaborate with and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders across the company to achieve business results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage cross-functional teams and proactively keep partners informed.
- Strong strategic, problem solving, financial, and analytical skills. Demonstrates ability to analyze large sets of data and insights to form a perspective to effectively problem solve and drive decisions.
- Flexibility, resiliency and nimbleness; comfortable with ambiguity and working in "grey areas" that are constantly changing.
- Intermediate to expert MS Office skills
- High sense of urgency and takes initiative as a self-starter
