- Critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer problems

- Ability to resolve complex technical problems
- Maintain professional courtesy under pressure
- Keep a positive attitude while working with frequent interruptions
- Prioritize tasks based on ticket priority and customer impact
- Strong organizational skills
Job Description:
This position provides courteous and timely support for workstations, software, and peripherals in a Microsoft networked environment. Responsibilities include:
- Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion in person, by telephone, or via email.
- Assisting end-users where required.
- Supporting and resolving issues related to all computer hardware including laptops, desktops, iPads, tablets, connectivity devices, medical devices, scanners, conference AV equipment, cellular and VoIP phones, and corporate cellular phones.
- Working with enterprise applications such as Microsoft Suite products, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, and browsers.
- Being willing and able to travel to regional locations as needed, with infrequent travel to more distant locations.
