The Job at a Glance

We're seeking a driven and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager based in Georgia to represent our products and services to both existing customers and prospective clients. This role involves identifying customer needs, promoting tailored solutions, and driving sales growth across the territory covering Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Ideal candidates thrive working independently, excel in communication, and are goal-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.

As a true "road warrior," you'll spend the majority of your time traveling throughout the territory, engaging in face-to-face interactions with customers. This is a travel-intensive role requiring extensive daily driving. To support your success, we offer a competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commissions, comprehensive benefits, an auto allowance, and reimbursed expenses.

You'll also leverage digital tools-including mapping software, mobile sales applications, CRM platforms, and other technologies-to manage your territory effectively and stay ahead in a fast-paced sales environment.

A Typical Day
  • Conduct 3-4 in-person meetings per day with qualified accounts (target of 14+ per week).
  • Leverage CRM and company tech to log all meetings, calls, and customer interactions. Include detailed notes and outline next steps in the sales process.
  • Be a brand ambassador-actively promote yourself and the company in all customer interactions
  • Drive growth through social media, personal branding, and digital sales strategies.
  • Operate independently while staying organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner closely with your assigned inside sales team to manage accounts and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, helping to expand our customer base and elevate brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Share key industry trends and customer feedback with leadership.
  • Plan your travel routes and make necessary arrangements to optimize meeting schedules.

To Land This Opportunity
  • You have 3 to 5 years, minimum work experience as an outside Sales Representative or similar role.
  • A college degree, technical certification, or vocational training is preferred.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay motivated without daily oversight.
  • A true "hunter" mentality-someone who actively seeks out new business and closes deals.
  • Proficient in mobile sales tools, CRM systems, and digital route planning.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to leverage new platforms to enhance sales performance.
  • Energetic, organized, and personable with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication abilities-you're comfortable holding engaging, hour-long conversations with new people.
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial drive and a passion for winning.
  • Proven track record of growing sales territory by 15% or more year-over-year.
