Overview:

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as Supervisor, Behavorial Health Coordination.

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location: Remote ONLY in the state of Virginia

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Overview

Assumes responsibility, accountability and leadership for the daily operations including coordination of work, quality, and service. First line supervisor in the Department of Medical Care Management for assigned site/function. Facilitates the work of assigned team members. Provides a leadership role in ongoing case manager competency assessment, needs identification and educational offerings. Provides educational services to the Medical Care Management staff. Participates in the work activities of assigned teams and provides case management services as needed

Education
  • BSN or master's level degree Required

Certification/Licensure
  • RN Licensure in VA or Multi-state
  • License Mental Health Professional Licensure in VA


Experience
  • Case management - 3 years Required
  • Supervisory experience Required
  • Behavorial Health experience Required


We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$76,731.20-$127,878.40. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
