Description:
The Enterprise Deals Team (EDT) is responsible for shaping the commercial framework through which large customers access our media and ad-tech products. Customers include global advertisers, global advertising HoldCos and independent agencies. We are looking for an experienced professional to join EDT as Partnerships Operations Manager. As a Partnerships Operations Manager, you will support local and global teams on the development and execution of partnership agreements. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced working in complex, matrix organizations, and able to earn the trust of both internal stakeholders and our customers. You must be comfortable using data to drive decision making, and have the ability to invent and simplify on behalf of customers
Key job responsibilities
Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable operational workflows to ensure adherence to annual Partner Agreement (PA) program guidelines.
Manage a pipeline of deals from ideation through to conclusion of agreement in partnership with EDT leads, local Agency Sales teams, Finance, Yield, and Legal.
Act as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) on agreement compliance in partnership with Legal and local Agency Sales teams.
Identify key performance metrics, data sources, and process gaps to create comprehensive reporting frameworks for our Partner Agreements
Support global and local agency teams with analysis for business reviews (both internal and external).
Provide inputs to help refine and develop annual Partnership Agreements.
Identify, prioritize, and develop workflows against key operational blockers to scaling Partner Agreements whilst ensuring alignment across relevant teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
