Responsibilities
The Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing the company's strategy for talent acquisition/recruitment that are aligned with the company's current and future business strategies. Leads a team that develops sourcing strategies and recruiting plans presents pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers and develops/negotiates offers with candidates. The Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition ensures hiring managers experience expert timely and customer-focused integrated recruitment experiences. Motivate, lead and guide a team of savvy recruiters responsible for filling roles across the organization. Use strategic and industry insight and knowledge to further enhance recruitment practices. Compiles and monitors recruitment statistics vacancy and turnover reports and sets benchmarks and goals to ensure success and action plans as needed. Develop relationships with senior leaders to anticipate service needs and drive solutions based on organization goals. Provide transformational leadership, which continually raises the bar and demonstrates strategic thinking in establishing a long-term plan that delivers business results.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
Required qualifications:
Requires Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field. Requires a minimum of five (5) years of direct leadership experience and a minimum of seven (7) years of recruiting experience, including developing recruitment plans, sourcing strategy and recruitment data analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
Graduate degree preferred. Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $113,921.60 to $164,985.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Additionally, employees in this position may be eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus program. Discretionary bonuses, if any, are based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to individual and Company performance.
